apionabo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar el apionabo y cortar en trozos medianos. <br>Cocer el apionabo en agua hasta que est\u00e9 blando.<br>Triturar y mezclar junto con la nata y la mantequilla, colar para que quede una textura m\u00e1s cremosa.<br>Salpimentar al gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para la salsa de frutos rojos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un cazo cocinar los frutos rojos con el az\u00facar a fuego medio durante 20 minutos.<br>Triturar y colar para que quede m\u00e1s suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para el magret de pato:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sacar el magret de la nevera 30 minutos antes de cocinar.<br>Realizar cortes en forma de rombo sobre la piel del magret, sin tocar la carne. <br>Colocar el magret en la parrilla por la parte de la grasa durante 5 minutos (no muy cerca de la brasa).<br>Dar la vuelta, acercar a las brasas y cocinar otros 1-2 minutos.<br>Reposar 2-3 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
