Como ocurre con cualquier buena preparaci\u00f3n de muslo de pato confitado, el resultado es exquisito y muy sencillo de elaborar. \u00a1An\u00edmate a probarla!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Receta para 4 personas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de la <em>parmentier<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortar la parte superior de las cabezas de ajo, envolver en papel aluminio con un chorrito de aceite y hornear a 180 \u00b0C durante 40 min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por otro lado, cocer las patatas peladas en agua con sal, hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas.
